We cannot prove this without a doubt but are fairly certain that it was a new cleaning lady. She is not bonded - she is a private hire. The medicine was my father's and it is very expensive. We cannot afford it otherwise. What recourse do we have against her - we do not want to get her arrested as she obviously has a problem. The doctor has been seeing him for many years and I fill certain will give us the prescription with the theft documentation. I am afraid the insurance, however, will not cover it. My family will appreciate any advice or someone with similar experience's story.

Alright, this is part two of my question. To recap, on March 25 I was in a two car motor vehicle accident in California. The car has 117,000 miles its an automatic and its $3,200 and my parents said that I would go under their insurance but I would be put as the main driver. So about how much would it cost me monthly?

Hi I've been looking at pet insurance from lots of different companies, and I've found that the high street insurances have so many ifs and buts in the policies that if my pet became ill or needed treatment I think it'll be very difficult to claim any funding. I've also looked at Pet insurance by companies specialising in pet insurance they seem to be more accessible but at the same time they are far too expensive monthly! Any suggestions as to a good insurance policy? I really want one because I'd hate it if anything happened to my dog and I couldn't afford the treatment!

Hi guys. Well, to start out with I have my driver's license address set to my uncle's house in pembroke pines, FL, but I live here in Hialeah Gardens, FL. Why do I have it set to my uncle's house you ask? Well, back when I was 18 (i'm 20 now) my mom persuaded me to set my insurance address (progressive) to my uncle's house so it would be cheaper. It's cheaper by like $100. Now, I'm scared I can be legally held liable or whatever if I get in a crash or whatever the case. I mean, I'm sure there has to be some type of deterrent or punishment so people don't do this kind of stuff like me. Another thing I'm worried about is when cops stop me. Since those two years I have only been stopped three times for minor infractions that did not go punished. Another thing is when I have to apply at jobs. Usually employers don't really care that on the application it says pembroke pines as long as I let them know I actually live close to them in hialeah gardens. I recently applied for my security officer D license and the problem is that in some companies I have to put the address that it says on my license like in any other job but, the problem is that they locate your post depending on were you live. If anyone can shoot me any information it would be more than appreciated, thanks!

What happens when a car insurance company commits fraud? Please help!!?

I was told by my car insurance that my car was totaled, and would only be good for parts. It was in a MINOR flood, and I called to have it evaluated. They said water was in the motor, fuse boxes, everything was ruined supposedly. I knew they were lying, because I had my fiance check it all out, and there wasn't a drop in it except for the carpeting. I told them so, and said I wanted the car back to fix it myself, but the adjustor said they already paid my bank for the damage (not even the full amount, they came up with about 45% of the payoff amount, but it was worth what I owed on it). They said if I wanted it back, I would have to give them $2,700 for the car. I said to hell with it, and had to come up with 2,600 to pay off the remaining part of the loan, and then go buy another car. Last year, I seen my car in the next town over. Same vin number, same paint chipped bumper, same fist mark behind the passenger door. I was mad, but blew it off. Then, I seen it on a buy sell trade site and decided to inquire about the details. The guy bought it for $800 and didn't have to fix anything on it except for what I needed to fix before the flood (window regulator, wheel baring, and new tires). He told me he thought I had committed insurance fraud to get a pay out from them. So, I called my old insurance company, and the lady took all my information down and gave me the adjustor's number, the adjustor's supervisor's number, and the fraud department's number. I called the adjustor, left a message, and then filed a claim with the fraud department. They said to expect a call from them next week. What exactly happens in a case like this?? I don't expect a hefty payout or anything, but still, I've never known anyone who had this happen to them, but I do know people who committed insurance fraud. They get into huge trouble and pay out fines, but what if its the INSURANCE that commits fraud? Thanks!!

Totally outrageous car insurance quote?

I had some issues paying my car insurance and it was cancelled. I called by ins company today to renew it. They told me they couldn't renew my policy but they have a buddy company that can give me an insurance policy. So they get all my info and they quoted me 730 dollars a month! I understand I have bad driving history and I let my insurance get cancelled, but that doesn't seem right at all, I was paying 100 dollars a month before. That doesn't even seem like a real number to charge someone for car insurance, it's more than I pay for rent!
